The Planning and Transport Research Centre is planning to offer (from 2006) individual postgraduate units on a not-for-degree study basis that are usually taught within the Master of Transport Studies program.

A selection of these one-off units would be offered in all of Western Australia’s four public universities.

Available One Off Units

Many of these units are tailored to suit the needs of transport and planning professionals wanting to increase their skills and knowledge in specialised areas of transport planning, logistics management, transport and land use interaction, sustainability, transport modelling, and project and safety risk management.

It also offers the opportunity to progress into a graduate certificate, graduate diploma or Professional Masters program (with credit) and undertake a significant research project under the guidance of senior academic specialists.
